Process Description:

The JFDM-A equipment is designed for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. The main treatment method is to adopt the current mature biochemical treatment technology-contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are designed according to the general living water quality, influent BOD 20Omg/l, and effluent BOD 20mg/l index. There are six parts in total:

(1) primary sedimentation tank; (2) contact oxidation pond; (3) secondary sedimentation tank; (4) disinfection tank, disinfection device; (5) sludge tank; (6) fan house, fan;

Now they are discussed as follows:

(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank of the equipment is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. The rising flow rate of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 mm/sec, and the settled sludge is lifted to the sludge tank by air.

(2) Contact oxidation pond: After the initial sedimentation, the water flows from the water to the contact pool for biochemical treatment. The contact pool is divided into three stages, and the total residence time is more than one hour. The reinforced time of the reinforced equipment is up to 6 hours, and the filler is a novel trapezoidal packing. Conjunctival, not blocked. The specific surface area of ​​the filler is 160 m 2 /m 3 , and the gas - water ratio of the contact pool is about 12:1.

(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: After biochemical treatment, the sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank, and the secondary sedimentation tank is two vertical flow sedimentation tanks, which are operated in parallel. The rising flow rate is 0.03-0.4 mm/sec. The mud is lifted to the sludge tank by air.

(4) Disinfection tank and disinfection device: The disinfection tank shall be in accordance with the specification: “TJI4—74” is 30 minutes. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection tank can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours, using solid chlorine tablets in contact with dissolved disinfection method. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the amount of water, and achieve the purpose of adding more water and adding less medicine. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately. (Note: If it is used in industrial sewage disinfection tanks and disinfection devices, please do not)

(5) Sludge tank: All sludges in the primary sedimentation tank and the secondary sedimentation tank are extracted into the sludge tank of WSZ-A by air for aerobic digestion. The supernatant of the sludge tank is returned to the contact oxidation pond for reprocessing. There is very little residual sludge after digestion, and it is usually cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method can be carried out from the inspection hole of the sludge tank to the bottom of the sludge by suction truck for suction and transportation.

(6) Fan room and fan: The fan room of equipment JFDM-A is located above the disinfection tank. The entrance adopts double-layer sound insulation. The air inlet has muffler and fan filter, so there is no noise during operation. The fan uses two L-type Roots blowers, which can automatically run alternately. The operating life of a single fan is about 30,000 hours.
