4 . 1 It is strictly forbidden to store unnecessary items in the ultra-clean work area to keep the clean air flow pattern unchanged.

4 . 2 Monthly measurement of the average wind speed in the working area with an anemometer. If it is found that it does not meet the technical standards, the regulator should be adjusted to change the input voltage of the fan so that the workbench is in good condition.

4 . 3 Before going to work, the cleaner must clean the environment around the workbench and purify the air.

4 . 4 Before the operator enters the ultra-clean work area, he must wear clothes, pants, hats, gloves, etc. in the buffer room, and try to avoid the action of obviously disturbing the airflow pattern.

4 . 5 When using the workbench, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp should be turned on 500 minutes in advance to clean the microorganisms accumulated on the surface of the workbench in the work area. After 300 minutes , the sterilization lamp is turned off and the blower is started.

4 . 6 After the work is completed, clean the work surface with 0.1% Xinjieer, turn off the blower, turn on the UV lamp for 30min , and turn off the power after the Zui.
