The medical institutions to be declared shall have no violation records such as punishments and treatments given by the relevant departments such as health and family planning, Chinese medicine, food and drug supervision, development and reform, and human social security for the past three years; medical institutions and their employees shall sign social insurance contracts according to regulations.
