Patton Surgical is patenting its Robotic 8.5mm Endoscope PassPort, the first single-use 8.5mm endoscope sleeve for the da Vinci surgical system and the latest da Vinci Si?? 8.5mm 3D endoscope needle. The 8.5mm PassPort is validated by Intuitive Surgical for use in the Da Vinci surgical robot during surgery, especially in obstetrics and gynaecology, including hysterectomy, vaginal fixation of the tibia, myomectomy, and tubal ligation. Patton Surgical's robotic 12x100mm PassPort has also been validated by Intuitive Surgical for use with the da Vinci robotic surgical system, which is now available from Patton Surgical.
