Braking system: It is used to help the tractor to reduce the speed until it is parked. It is also an important system that affects the road safety of the tractor. It must be checked. Points to note: 1 Check the brake pipe for wear and tightness of the pipe connection. Pay particular attention to whether the brake pipe is in collision with the bridge, frame, etc. (The connection of the main and side tie bars should be taken into account in the small direction). 2 Check the amount of brake fluid. If it is not enough, it should be filled with the same kind of brake fluid. 3 Check the free travel of the brake pedal and keep the brake pedal free stroke of 10-15mm. If it is too large or too small, it must be adjusted in time. 4 When it is found that the brake pedal is sinking, it means that there is oil leakage in the pipeline, sub-pump, etc., or the brake fluid in the master cylinder piston leaks back. It should be checked and eliminated in a timely manner. 5 When the brake is weak, the drum clearance may be too large, the brake pads may be hardened, and the brake drum may not be parked. 6 When the brake pedal has a sense of elasticity, it means there is air in the brake system. 7 The phenomenon of brake runaway and brake dragging should also be eliminated. 8 After the tractor runs, apply the hand to touch the four wheel hubs. The temperature should be basically the same. If there are individual wheels that are particularly hot, the wheel brakes the drum; if there are individual wheels that are particularly cold, it means that the wheel is weak. 3. The driving system is a skeleton system of a transport tractor. It consists of frames, axles, wheels, and suspensions. It should be carefully checked. 1 Check the fastening of the frame, axle, etc. 2 Check the tire pressure and tire wear, when the tire has a phenomenon of eccentric wear, the cause should be found and promptly disposed of. (Reminder point: Regardless of the load of the tractor or the road surface, the tire pressure should be in the standard tire pressure, not too high or too low.) 3 Check the preload of the four-wheel hub bearing. The method is to grab the upper edge of the wheel by hand and pull it hard. The wheel bearing should have no sense of clearance. 4 When flipping the front wheel, pay attention to the clearance of the kingpin. The lubrication of the kingpin must not be forgotten. 5 Check whether the steel plate is broken, and add grease to the steel plate pin in time. 6 Standing in front of the parked tractor, wipe the body to see if it is correct, and check the front and front wheels of the two front wheels. 4. Driveline: Pass the power of the diesel engine to the drive wheel in a certain way. 1 Clutch: a. Check the free travel of the clutch, generally 25-35mm, and adjust in time if it is uncomfortable. b. During use, attention should be paid to whether the clutch is slipping, whether the separation is complete, and whether the operation is smooth or not. 2 Transmission: a. Check for oil leakage. b. During use, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the file is ok or not, whether there is a detachment, and if there is a fault, repair it in time. c. Check the gearbox temperature rise after driving. Usually, the gear box can be lightly held by hand, and the temperature is normal. If it cannot be lightly pressed, the temperature is too high. The gear oil may be lacking and the gear oil may be deteriorated. Therefore, the gear oil should be added or replaced in time. d. During driving, attention should be paid to whether there is abnormal noise in the speed box; usually due to excessive wear of gears or excessive wear of the gear shaft bearings and deformation of the gear shaft, they must be promptly eliminated. In addition, when the gear oil is low, it will also cause the sound of the gearbox. 3 Drive shaft: a. Check the flange bolt connection at both ends of the drive shaft.
