First, the choice of crab rice fields

The area of ​​rice fields is preferably 3~10 mu. The selected fields should have sufficient water source, convenient drainage, no water leakage and good water retention performance.

Second, field engineering

1. Rice field development

The rice fields were excavated and leveled, and the rice paddy plane was about 60 cm below the ground level.

2. Raise the reinforcement of the field

Tian Hao is raised to 50~60cm, the height should be slightly lower than the ground plane, the top width is 50~60cm, and the bottom width is 80~100cm. Tian Hao should be honest, in order to prevent river crabs from escaping and running away.

3. Excavation of crab ditch

The annular groove is dug 1~2m from the inner side of the field, with a groove depth of 100~150cm and a slope of 1:1.2. The width of the ditch can be determined according to the situation. If the rice is mainly planted, the ditch width should be smaller, generally 50~100cm; if the culture is mainly crab, the ditch width should be larger, it can be 100~300cm. If the area is large, it can also be dug into the "Tian", "Mesh" and "Day" shaped crab ditch on the basis of the ring crab ditch. The field project should be completed in front of the bubble field and repaired once after the ground.

4. Anti-floating facilities

After the rice fields are inserted, the anti-evacuation wall is set up before the crabs are stocked. Anti-aging plastic film should be used for anti-evasion wall materials. The plastic film is folded into two layers, the lower end is buried in the soil 15~25cm, the unearthed part is 50~60cm high, and the plastic film is straightened, and the ground in the pool is at an angle of 80~90°. Close to the outside of the plastic film, insert a wooden stick, bamboo pole or thick bamboo piece every 50~90cm for the pile, and fix the plastic film to the top of the pile with fine wire or wire. The escape film should not have pleats, the joints are smooth and seamless, the overlap of the joints should not be less than 30cm and nailed, and the corners should be curved.

5. Inlet and outlet

Each paddy field must be designed with a water inlet and outlet. The door wall is made of concrete, 100cm wide and 100cm high. The concrete is cast in the floor and the baffle is a slate insert. A nylon anti-escape mesh is placed at the inlet and outlet.

Third, the field disinfection

Disinfect the field with quicklime or bleaching powder, the amount of quicklime is 100~150g/m2, and the amount of bleaching powder is 7.5~15g/m 2 .

Fourth, crab stocking

Crab species selection

The first-age crab species with neat specifications, strong vitality, complete limbs, disease-free and body color should be selected, and the specifications should be 100~200/kg.

2. Crab species holding

Crab species purchased from mid-April to early May should be kept in a small pond. The crab species usually need to be kept for about 50 days.

The area of ​​the holding pond accounts for 10% to 20% of the area of ​​the crab paddy field, the depth of the pond is more than 1m, and the water depth is 0.5m. The holding density is 2000~3000/mu. When crabs enter the pool, they should not be placed directly into the pool water. The crab seeds contained in the net bags can be taken out in the pool water and soaked out. This is repeated 2~3 times, each time interval is 3~5min, so that it can adapt. surroundings. Then use a salt solution of 40~50g/L or a potassium permanganate solution with a concentration of 20~40mg/L for immersion for 5~10min. After disinfection, open the net bag and let the crabs climb into the water.

Feeding high-quality bait, the feed is mainly animal feed. Feeding twice a day, feeding one-third of the daily dose in the morning, feeding 2/3 of the daily feeding amount in the evening, and the daily feeding rate is 15%, and the feeding amount is adjusted according to the feeding situation of the crab. Change the water regularly to promote the normal growth of the crab.

3. Rice field crab stocking

Generally, in early June, after the paddy field fertilizer is applied, the crab species are put into the rice field. The stocking density of crab species is 400~600/mu.

Five, feed feeding

1. Feed type

(1) Animal feed: sea freshwater small fish, small shrimp, clam meat, snail meat, silkworm cocoon, livestock and poultry processing waste, insect larvae, silk cocoon and so on.

(2) Plant feed: soybean meal, peanut cake, wheat, bean dregs, wheat bran, corn, rice bran, melons and vegetables, and various aquatic plants.

(3) Compound feed: According to the nutritional needs of river crab, processing with pellet feed should meet the requirements of GB13078 and NY5072.

2. Four feeding

Adhere to the principle of "four fixed" feeding.

(1) Timing: Feed 2 times a day, feed once from 6 am to 7 pm, and feed once from 5 pm to 6 pm in the evening.

(2) Positioning: Feeding at a fixed position each time, placing the feed on a field 30 cm away from the field.

(3) Qualification: The feed should be fresh and free of spoilage. Animal feed and plant feed should be fed together. Master the principle of “two heads fine, middle thick”, that is, feed animal feed in June; from July to early August in summer, the river crab grows vigorously, animal feed and plant feed are heavier, feed more water plants; mid-August More animal feed will be fed later.

(4) Quantitative: The daily feeding rate of crabs is 10% to 15%. Pay attention to check the eating situation of crabs every day, and adjust the feeding amount according to the eating situation of river crabs. Feeding every day is mainly in the evening feeding. The amount of feeding in the morning accounts for 1/3 of the daily feeding amount, and the feeding amount in the evening accounts for 2/3 of the daily feeding amount.
