Description
AP26113 is an effective ALK inhibitors, IC50 was 0.62 nM, can overcome due to the effect of Crizotinib resistance of the mediated L1196M mutations. AP26113 highly effective on the sensitive and resistant H3122 cells, reduce the cell growth, inhibition of ALK, phosphate and induction of apoptosis, this effect is dose dependent. Applied to H3122 AP26113 and H3122 CR cells, reduce p - ALK, IC50 were 7.4 and 16.8 nM. AP26113 role in expressing wild-type and mutant EML4 - ALK Ba/F3 cells, reduce the cell number, 24 nM to 10 nM and IC50 respectively.
