4. Internal and external welding: inner and outer welding of spiral tubes by longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding
5. Inner and outer weld inspection: X-ray inspection, ultrasonic wave 100% inspection of both sides of the inner and outer welds
6. Hydraulic test: On the hydraulic test machine, the steel pipe after the diameter expansion is tested one by one to ensure that the steel pipe meets the test pressure required by the standard.
7. Pipe end processing: The steel pipe after passing the inspection is processed at the pipe end to achieve the required pipe end groove size.
8. Finished product inspection: Perform ultrasonic and X-ray inspection again and perform tube end magnetic powder inspection to check for soldering problems and tube end defects.
