1. Fully understand the harm of poisonous mushrooms. Poisonous mushrooms have complex toxic components, and their poisoning performance varies. They mainly include nausea, vomiting, runny nose, tearing, insanity, acute anemia, jaundice, organ damage, etc. Severe cases can die. Poisonous mushroom poisoning has serious symptoms, acute onset, and high mortality. Currently, there is no effective therapy for toxic mushroom poisoning.

2. Do not pick or eat wild mushrooms. The identification of wild poisonous mushrooms is toxic. At present, there is no simple and easy method of identification. The fundamental method of preventing toxic mushroom poisoning is not to eat wild mushrooms, so as to avoid accidents, endangering the health of the body and even life safety. Consumers who are accustomed to eating wild mushrooms should not rely on non-scientific or non-scientific methods of identification of poisonous mushrooms that do not use wild mushrooms. They should not use wild mushrooms or mushrooms of unknown origin, nor should they purchase mushrooms for sale. For the wild mushrooms that are sold on the market, you must not relax your guard, especially the wild mushrooms that you haven’t eaten or known, and do not eat them easily.

3. Food operators must strengthen management. All kinds of catering units, canteens and other to strengthen self-management, strict raw materials into the customs clearance, purchase channels to be formal, and do a good job purchase raw materials registration ledger; prohibit picking, purchase of wild mushrooms, the use of wild mushrooms is strictly prohibited as a food raw material; Mushrooms to be eaten must be carefully selected to avoid mixing toxic and harmful substances.

4. Dispose of food poisoning promptly. Consumers who eat at home or eat wild mushrooms after eating wild mushrooms appear to have symptoms of poisoning or poisoning.
