During the sales process, we found that many customers are not clear about the purchase of cryogenic storage boxes. Step 1: Choose the right storage temperature

All kinds of items have corresponding storage temperatures depending on the storage time. For example, plasma can be stored for 24 hours at 4 ° C, and stored for one year at -20 ° C; tuna can be stored for 1-2 weeks at -20 ° C, and stored for 1-2 months at -40 ° C. It can be stored for 6-12 months at -60 °C.

Ultra-low temperature storage box is generally divided into -25 degree storage box (-10 ° C ~ -25 ° C adjustable), -40 degree storage box (-15 ° C ~ -45 ° C adjustable), -60 degree storage box (-25 ° C ~ -65 °C adjustable) and -80 degrees storage box (-40 ° C ~ -86 ° C adjustable) and other temperature grades, the user can select the corresponding storage box according to the actual temperature required. It should be noted that the adjustable temperature produced by different manufacturers is not the same. For example, the refrigerator 40 degree storage box produced by our company is adjustable from 15 °C to -45 °C, while other brands are mostly 15 °C~-40 °C. Tune.

It should be noted how many degrees the optimal setting temperature of the storage box is (for example, the -25 degree storage box is best set at -25 degrees, the -40 degree storage box is preferably set at -40 degrees), set at the corresponding temperature. When the temperature fluctuation in the general box is stable within ±3 °C, if the set temperature deviates too much from the optimal setting temperature, the temperature fluctuation will increase accordingly. This factor should be considered when multiplexing a storage box in a multi-temperature zone.

Step 2: Select the save box style

The cryopreservation box is generally divided into a vertical side opening door and a horizontal top opening door.

The case of the vertical side door is preferred: there are many categories of storage items that need to be classified and stored, and the items to be stored need to be placed horizontally, and the area of ​​the place to be placed is limited.

The preferred case of horizontal top opening: frequent opening, storage of similar items, large enough area for placement. Horizontal is relatively cheaper.

Step 3: Select volume

According to the volume of the stored items, choose the appropriate volume. For example, the storage item should have a volume of 80 liters. Try to choose a storage box with more than 100 liters. The maximum storage capacity should not exceed 80% of the volume inside the box. Otherwise, the air convection in the box is weak. Will affect the cooling rate and preservation effect of the storage box.

Step 4: Choose the size

If the size of the stored item is too large, the storage box with the appropriate internal dimensions should be selected according to the three sides of the item.

Judging from the door width of the place of placement and the size of the outside of the storage box, for large-sized refrigerators, the customer needs to be notified in advance, so as to avoid the problem of returning to the door and the problem of not entering the door.
