Circulating water system

The water tank should be cleaned regularly, the water tank should be cleaned, the filter element should be rinsed or replaced, and the circulating water should be replaced to ensure the cleanliness of the water system.

Condenser, vent, filter

To maintain the cooling capacity of the system, the condenser, vents and filters should be kept clean and free of dust, and should be inspected regularly and cleaned as required! The filter can be easily removed from both sides, washed with mild detergent and water, and rinsed and allowed to dry before reinstallation. When there is too much dust, remove the isolation net and use the air spray gun, water pipe, etc. to remove the dust on the dust screen. Cleaning method: If the oily dirt is cleaned with a neutral detergent, the dust net should be dried before reinstalling, often cleaned. The isolation net can extend the life of the chiller and reduce the power consumption of the chiller.

Liquid level

Regularly check if you need to add liquid. Usually, the water in the water tank should be covered by the coil in the water tank. When it is lower than the coil, it needs to be added. According to the water quality, the water is changed regularly. If the water flow of the pump is small, it is because the pump has air stagnation and the pump body. To do so, press the red button on the water filter to remove the air from the water system until the water flow is normal. When the waterway is mixed with air bubbles, the light transmittance of the water will be reduced. When there is a cheongsam in the transparent hose or there is a bubble in the backwater of the water tank, check whether the water return pipeline leaks and whether the water level of the water tank is low.

The normal operation of the laser chiller not only guarantees the service life of the laser, but also improves the work output, improves the fineness of the product, and makes the product more competitive.

Cooling water replacement

Rinse the filter element or replace the filter element every week, clean the chiller water tank and replace the circulating water once. The water quality and water temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser. It is recommended to use pure water.

Note: Check whether the chiller is turned on before the machine works. It must ensure that there is water circulation in the laser.

Water cooler water temperature

It is recommended to set the water temperature to alarm at 35 degrees. When the water temperature reaches the alarm state during laser operation, the laser should be turned off and the water temperature should be cooled before running. The water temperature of the fan is recommended to be set at about 25 degrees. If the temperature is set too low, the water temperature will be too low. After the laser passes through the water, it will easily damage the lens, the xenon lamp and the crystal rod in the case of light.

Filter and tank cleaning

Filter cleaning: Remove the filter, wash it with mild detergent and water, and rinse and dry before reinstalling. When there is too much dust, remove the isolation net and remove the dust on the dust screen with an air spray gun, water pipe, etc. If the oily dirt is cleaned with a neutral detergent, the dust screen should be dried before reinstallation. Regular cleaning of the insulation net can extend the service life of the chiller and reduce the power consumption of the chiller.

Cleaning the water tank: Remove the laser inlet water pipe and wait a few minutes for the remaining water in the laser to flow into the chiller water tank. Open the water tank and take out the water pump to remove dirt from the water pump. Wipe the water tank with a rag and wash the dirt with water, replace the purified water, and reinstall the pump into the water tank. Connect the connectors.

Note: When replacing pure water, the water level is recommended to be added near the high water level. Because after the machine is running, some of the water in the tank will flow out for circulation with the laser.

Winter use attention

Conditional recommended equipment is used in environments above 0 degrees. Some work areas freeze in winter. When working in winter, check whether the water in the water tank, water pump or water pipe is frozen and then open. If it freezes, it is forbidden to start the water cooler.
