Vitastiq's skin sensor determines if you need vitamins

Vitastiq is preparing to release a new portable device that measures the vitamin content of your body through sensors placed on the skin. The matching smartphone app will tell you if you need more vitamins and minerals.

The Zagreb, Croatia-based company has been developing this technology for two years and has just launched a crowdfunding campaign in Indiegogo with a target funding of $49,000. The funds will be used for manufacturing and application development for the Android version.

This device combines medical technology with traditional acupuncture to measure the vitamin content of various parts of your body. It uses the research results of electric acupuncture expert Reinhard Voll. By measuring the electrical continuity of the skin, the vitamin content of each acupoint is measured, and the acupoint map is displayed on the screen of the smartphone.

Vitastiq already has a prototype sample that can be used and is expected to ship in two months.

The device, called Vitastiq, replaces the traditional blood test method with a painless, non-invasive method. The company's spokesperson Ivis Buric said the device will give you feedback in a few minutes. The mobile app will show you all the points you need to measure, ensuring you get accurate readings.

Vitastiq not only gives you readings, but also gives you the appropriate nutritional advice to solve the problem of vitamin deficiency. You can also track your progress. Vitastiq is able to track data on 30 vitamins and minerals.

The team worked in an advertising agency before, and after serving other products for a few years, they decided to make their own products.
