Founded in 2000, BCD Semiconductor is an analog signal integrated circuit manufacturer (IDM) located in Greater China, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing and sales of power management IC products. The company submitted an IPO application to the SEC on January 5, 2011, and plans to list on Nasdaq with the code "BCDS". Issued 6 million ADS, 1ADS = 6 common shares, proposed to raise $86 million.
