Construction and installation points of atmospheric pressure vertical fuel gas hot water boiler:

1. An explosion-proof door is provided on the rear of the fuel or gas boiler or on the pipe, and the position of the explosion-proof door should be favorable for venting. Where explosion gas may endanger the safety of the operator, a pressure relief guide tube shall be installed on the explosion-proof door.

2. The installation of boilers and their auxiliary machines, water treatment equipment, etc. shall comply with the technical requirements of the equipment manufacturer. The equipment foundation must be constructed only after the equipment arrives and is checked against the design drawings.

3. When equipment is installed, equipment and installation materials should be avoided from being stacked on the floor. When using building columns and beam lifting equipment, the bearing capacity of beams and columns must be verified in advance.

4. The pressure test acceptance after installation of fuel, gas, hot water and steam pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Pipelines, GB 50235-1997.

Atmospheric pressure vertical fuel gas hot water boiler, the flue gas flushes the cross pipe horizontally in the furnace, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the sky tube and chimney. The boiler is provided with two upper and lower grate, and the upper and lower grate are the main combustion chamber. During normal operation, the coal is only intermittently injected from the upper furnace door. The remaining part of the air sucked in by the upper furnace door enters the lower floor grate to be burned. The lower grate continues to burn, and the air sucked by the slag door is strongly burned through the hot coke layer, and the generated high-temperature flame is mixed with a large amount of combustible gas and black smoke sucked from the upper door in the main combustion chamber space for open flame combustion. The design space has fully considered the combustion space, the amount of air, and the heat load, so that it can achieve the ideal situation of full combustion and elimination of black smoke.
