1. The crusher is fixed and should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the work location is changed frequently, the pulverizer and the motor are to be mounted on a base made of angle iron. If the pulverizer is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly larger than the power of the pulverizer, and the pulley grooves of the two are consistent. The outer end faces of the pulleys should be on the same plane.

2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the unit are tight, whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is good. Is the motor shaft and the shredder shaft parallel?

3. Check if the hammer is good, whether the hole diameter of the sieve is suitable, and whether it is damaged. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotation is flexible, with or without card, bump and friction.

4. After starting the machine, first make the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes, check if the rotor is turning correctly and the sound is normal. It only works when the rotation is stable at the rated speed.

5, at work should pay attention to the operation of the pulverizer at all times, the feeding should be even, to prevent blocking the car, do not overload work for a long time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and external spraying are found, stop the machine immediately and continue working after troubleshooting.

6. The crushed materials should be inspected carefully. Do not mix foreign materials such as stones or metals to avoid damage to the machine.

7. When the machine is running, the operator must not leave the unit, nor disassemble the machine during operation to observe the working condition in the crushing room. The maintenance tools should not be placed on the machine or the packing.

8. The operator should not wear gloves. When the blockage occurs, it is strictly forbidden to put the hand into the stuffing bucket. When feeding, stand on the side of the crusher to prevent popping debris from injuring the face.

9. Do not stop immediately after the work is finished. It should be idling for 2-3 minutes to allow the material in the machine to be completely discharged. Cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out after shutdown.

10. The hammer piece is the main wearing part. After the wear, whether it is changing the corners in the same direction or changing the corners, the whole group of hammers should be exchanged at the same time. When replacing the new hammer, the whole set of hammers should be replaced at the same time. Replace with old ones. The screen is also a wearing part. If some of the screen is damaged, it can be riveted. If it is badly damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

11. After 300 hours of pulverizer operation, the bearings should be cleaned and the oil changed. When parking for a long time, the belt should be removed.
