First, the water bath constant temperature oscillator is heating normally, and the oscillation cannot work.
Solution: Open the side panel of the control cabinet, turn on the power, set the temperature control to 0 degree (ie, no heating state), turn on the oscillation switch, adjust the speed to zui high, use the multimeter AC 250 to measure the transformer with or without 220V voltage. Input, if not, the switch is broken. Conversely, the transformer has 12V voltage output (with 50V AC). If no transformer is broken, do not replace the transformer easily. This situation is mostly caused by short circuit in the circuit board or motor. Trouble (this phenomenon occurs, the appearance of the transformer is scorched), and the above situation can be eliminated and replaced. The 12V voltage is normal. Check if there is DC 12 voltage (DC 50V). If there is no rectifier bridge open, replace it. If there is any voltage output to the motor (about 5-8V), if the motor is bad or the instrument is not used for a long time, the mechanical part is rusted, and the high power tube in the control board is not broken. The above method can basically solve the non-oscillation situation.

Solution: Open the side panel of the control cabinet, turn on the power, set the temperature control to 0 degree (ie, no heating state), turn on the oscillation switch, adjust the speed to zui high, find two adjustable resistors on the speed control board. , adjust the right side counterclockwise to solve.
Third, the water bath constant temperature oscillator does not heat, the oscillation is normal, the display is normal, the setting is normal, and the heating cannot be performed.
Solution:
(1) Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, adjust the set temperature higher than the actual measured temperature, check the temperature controller for output indication, and then measure whether the heating tube has voltage input. If there is a heating tube, replace it. There is no voltage input to the heating tube, and most of the relays are faulty. If the temperature controller does not have a voltage output indication, it is recommended to replace the temperature controller.
(2) The temperature controller displays LLL or 999 (depending on the manufacturer, the parameters are different). The fault is that the temperature sensor is open or shorted, and the sensor can be replaced.
(3) The temperature is not controlled by the control relay or the sensor is damp.
