How to do the compaction test of the electric compactor (light and heavy)
1. First check the three power cords, and check the power switch and counter parts of the electric compactor, tighten the screws of each part of the test tube, turn on the power, press jog to see the direction of the rack movement, and the rack goes up. Turn, it is strictly prohibited to reverse.
2. Check if the hammer is at the bottom of the test tube. If the hammer is not at the bottom, press the jog to let the hammer hit the bottom of the test tube. Otherwise, after the hammer is lifted, it will not fall.
3. Check the clearance between the compacting hammer and the test tube wall (generally 3-5 mm), which is not subject to the test tube wall.
4. Set the required number of hits.
5. Press the start button to start working. The digital display on the panel increases as the number of hammers increases, and stops automatically when the desired value is set. (ie an operating procedure is completed).
